Miners provide the computing power needed to find the key that encrypts the blocks and also records their transactions.

With this key (hash) the task is the resolution of the calculations that validate the transactions inside the blocks.

Whenever a code is resolved, the result is posted on the network and the responsible miner receives a reward, in cryptocurrencies.
